Pamela Larrick

Pam is currently a strategic consultant with the Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG) which is one of the big four global advertising agencies. The Interpublic Group is comprised of hundreds of communications agencies with over 43,000 employees in over 100 countries.
Prior to this role at IPG, Pam was most recently Chief Digital, Director & CRM Officer at the newly formed Draft FCB which was the result of the merger of two IPG companies. In her role at this new global agency, Pam provided leadership, strategic vision and passion for both client businesses and discipline practices worldwide.
Previously, Pam had served as Chairman & CEO of two Interpublic global digital/relationship marketing agencies. Immediately prior to the merger, Pam was Chairman & CEO of Fcbi Worldwide, overseeing operations in 40 offices in 28 countries and working with such clients as Motorola, Hewlett Packard, Kraft, and Hampton Inn.
Before joining Fcbi in January of 2005, Pam was Chairman and CEO of MRM Partners Worldwide where she oversaw all the operations in over 55 countries and worked with clients such as Microsoft, Nestle, UPS, and General Motors. Before that she worked at Ogilvy Direct, from 1978 to 1994, where she ultimately became General Manager of the New York office. In 1992, Pam served as Special Communications Consultant to West Virginia Governor Gaston Caperton. Pam’s background also includes politics and public television.
In 1997, she was named one of 25 women leaders of the advertising industry by Ad Age in the first year it bestowed those honors. In 1998, she was honored by the NY YWCA in their Distinguished Women Leaders. Pam was also named one of Ad Age Global’s “Global Power 100,” a list of the most “innovative, daring and dynamic leaders in marketing, advertising and media.” Pam has also received the Emerson Lifetime Achievement Award for Innovation in and Service to the direct marketing industry by the John Caples Awards organization. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the DMEF foundation. She also co-founded the IPG Women's Leadership Network which was the first women's network in the advertising industry, and is currently the Co-Chair.
