Rebecca Andersen, APR, M.S. IMC

Professor Andersen is the corporate communications manager for Opnext (NASDAQ:OPXT) a global leader in the design and manufacturing of optical modules and components for telecommunications and data communications networks. She is responsible for all internal and external communications including: public relations, media and analyst relations, employee communications, strategic branding, community relations and international tradeshow program management.

Professor Andersen is a graduate of West Virginia University's IMC program. In addition to her masters, she studied at the graduate level at the University of North Florida and earned a BSBA in Marketing from American University, Washington D.C. Most recently, Professor Andersen was selected as one of PR News "15-to-Watch" under 30 for 2007.
