Ms Gilding is the President of In: site, the first cultural anthropology advisory wholly owned by a holding company, Diversified Agencies Services, Omnicom. She has twenty years experience in ethnography and model development. Ms Gilding has conducted research in the UK, Argentina, Mexico and Brazil, China, Japan, Russia and Europe.
In: site is a human behavior advisory covering healthcare, B2B and consumer goods to the DAS network & clients. Areas of expertise include ethnographic research, empathic research, creative anthropology for communications and corporate culture strategy.
Previously, Ms Gilding founded Discovery Group, Ogilvy & Mather, establishing the first ethnographic research unit within an advertising agency
